It is our intention to begin a phased and controlled reopening of our manufacturing operations from Monday 4th May, 2020.
We will commence with a limited production and support team in place who can fulfil our immediate customer demands. It is, however, important to note that lead times may be extended due to operating with a skeleton workforce at this time. We will look to scale-up our staff and production levels throughout the business on a week-by-week basis, as demand dictates until we reach our usual business volumes.
Strict adherence to government guidance
We are observing all Government guidelines and protocol as the wellbeing of our staff upon our return remains our absolute priority. As such we have reviewed and implemented exacting procedures throughout all business areas to ensure we can manufacture and operate safely within the correct social distancing parameters and compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. We also have PPE equipment available for use by the team to ensure maximum protection when needed and all staff have been trained and are now familiar with the new working practices throughout the business.
We are accepting orders through your normal ordering channels and via our online door portals.
All orders will be processed, manufactured and dispatched to you as quickly as we are able, we thank you for your ongoing support at this time and we look forward to continuing to work with you.
