Lauren Barnes, Vista's Head Social Media Co-ordinator

Vista has launched its latest XtremeDoor brochure, showcasing an expanded range of hardware and glass designs. Lauren Barnes, Vista’s head social media co-ordinator, takes us through the exciting new additions that are set to transform the world of composite door styles.

Make a stylish first impression

“An entrance door is integral to the first impression people make of a property,” Barnes explains. “Homeowners want their composite doors to make a statement”.

The latest brochure focuses on extending hardware and glass ranges to complement the diverse composite door colours available.

From the contemporary appeal of Anthracite Grey and Duck Egg Blue to emerging trends such as Agate and Pebble Grey, Vista offers a spectrum of options to suit every taste.

Refreshed glass designs

Vista has added three new glass designs to enhance their composite door colours:

  • Oasis: A traditional stained glass range reminiscent of Victorian times.
  • Titanium: An American-inspired design featuring complex bevels, textured glass, and Black caming.
  • Olympic: A modern range with simple square bevels set in silver caming and contemporary textured glass.

Innovative hardware options

Responding to market trends, Vista has introduced several new hardware options:

  • Black powdered coated finishes: Long bar handles in 1200mm and 600mm ranges now come in sleek black, complete with matching cylinder pulls or escutcheons and a suited Black thumb turn from APECS locks.
  • Bee knockers: In partnership with Manchester-based Brass Bee Ltd, Vista now offers expertly crafted BeeKnockers in Chrome, Satin Silver,Brass, and Black finishes.
  • Modern ‘ponytail’ knocker: A contemporary option to complement modern door styles and colours.

Introducing the ‘Oslo’ door style

The new ‘Oslo’ door style offers a minimalist design perfect for homes seeking modern kerb appeal.

This fresh take on the popular Verona style features a simple flat glazing cassette set on a flush grain slab, complementing a wide range of composite door colours.
